Top Six EP no.5 * |
(no artist listed) |
* The Top Six label issued a series of 6 track EPs during the mid-sixties. Each contained cover versions of recent hits performed by unidentified musicians. The label was a joint project between Australian musician / entrepreneur Bill Wellings and Pye Records. The songs on this particular EP were Juliet, A Little Loving, Someone Someone, My Boy Lollipop, No Particular Place To Go and The Rise And Fall Of Flingel Bunt. The original versions of these were all still in the Caroline Top 50 so it is not surprising that the DJ decided to drop this EP of covers from the countdown show. |
The links from the songs on this page lead to the Amazon MP3 Store where you can hear short audio clips of the tracks and customers in the UK can buy downloads. Please see
this note.
