Radio Caroline Top 40 album chart
March 1974

In March 1974 Radio Caroline introduced an album chart. Andy Archer kindly provided a chart which we thought was the first. You can find it here. Then Ben Meijering got in touch. He had found a recording of an earlier chart, and on this one it is announced as being the first. It was broadcast on 26th March 1974. Here it is. Many thanks to Ben, and to Ian Biggar for confirming the transmission date.

We think that this is the next chart.
