Thanks to Brian Long for this Record Retailer Top 50 from 24th November 1966, listing which offshore stations were playing each record. Radio England closed down on 13th November but still appears in this listing. The magazine is still using the same chart (broadcast on 29th October) that was in the previous two issues. The Radio 270 chart is from 6th November and those from London, Caroline and City are from the weekend of 19/20 November. We don't have a date for the Radio Scotland chart.
