how did you find the Hall of Fame? : Radio 2
favourite offshore station : Caroline North
favourite offshore DJ : Bob Stewart
comments about the Hall of Fame : I mentioned Bob Stewart before but also on Caroline North was a DJ called Chris Sandford who was on Coronation Street for a while and made a single record called Not Too Little Not Too Much. A great DJ they took the piss out of him and locked him in the loo whilst on air quite a lot. Where are you now Chris Sandford?
(Web-master's note: There is now an entry on Chris Sandford.)

comments about the Hall of Fame : I still remember that last ‘legal’ day but Caroline lived on and still does with the Hall of Fame. Brilliant. What happened to John Lewis?
(Web-master's note: Johnny Lewis can still be heard on the modern day version of Radio Caroline via the internet. He made his debut on Caroline, under the name of Stephen Bishop, during the seventies. See the Seventies Supplement.)

how did you find the Hall of Fame? : Radio 2
favourite offshore station : Radio Caroline North
favourite offshore DJ : Baby Bob Stewart
comments about the Hall of Fame : Radio Caroline North on 199 meters was my life in the mid 60s. So sad to hear Bob Stewart is not too good these days. I met Bob, my then hero, when he did a film sound track for the film crew I worked for in the 60s. I'll never forget that or the great fun that the Baby Bob Bash gave to me before Radio 1 was ever dreamed of. Thanks Bob and all the DJs on Caroline North on 199 meters medium wave, anchored just of the coast of the Isle Of Man.
(Web-master's note: Bob Stewart passed away in 2019.)
