Derek Tripp's Radio Scotland scrapbook

As a youngster, Edinburgh resident Derek Tripp was a keen fan of the offshore stations and, in particular, his local pirate - Radio Scotland. He has very kindly scanned the contents of a scrapbook he kept at the time. Some items in his collection are already on the site so, to avoid duplication, are not included here but he has many other photos and press cuttings which we are grateful to him for sharing. We start with a page of DJ publicity photographs.

Radio Scotland disc-jockeys
There were a number of different versions issued of this publicity card, changing as the disc-jockey line-up evolved.
There is different one at the bottom of this page. This version includes a photo of a DJ who didn't stay long, Mike Speake.

With grateful thanks to Derek.
