The fans' memorabilia

The Dutch Radio Veronica is usually outside the scope of The Pirate Radio Hall of Fame because we concentrate on English-language stations but, when we received two batches of photos of Veronica's studios, it seemed a shame not to share them. These photos are from a number of visits that Nico made. During that period Veronica was based in two different buildings. He says: “I remember taking these shots. In 1967 and 1968 I went to Hilversum by bike from Rijswijk, near The Hague, with my neighbour and friend Aad Sas. You can see both of us in the photo with Eddy Becker. I am on the left, Aad Sas on the right. We were both 19 years old then.”
