Radio Atlanta.

Britain's first offshore station, Radio Caroline, was financed by well-established companies and individuals but the second station - Radio Atlanta - also had a number of smaller investors. Some of the paperwork which was circulated to potential investors has kindly been provided by Keith Martin.
