* Correspondent Per Arne Berggren kept a record of the RNI charts based on the positions he heard mentioned by disc-jockeys in their shows across the week. He noticed a couple of differences from the chart that was broadcast on Sunday - both of them new entries. Is it possible that the Top 40 was amended when new releases arrived on the ship after the chart show? The two he spotted were:
15 Young, Gifted and Black by Bob & Marcia
37 Govinda by The Radha Krishna Temple.

Chart obtained from recordings shared on the Internet Radiocafé, now known as the Radiotrefpunt (radio meeting point) forum by Vincent and Scotty. Our thanks to them.

The links from the songs on this page lead to the Amazon MP3 Store where you can hear short audio clips of the tracks and customers in the UK can buy downloads. Please see this note.

There are a number of other offshore charts listed on The Pirate Radio Hall of Fame. Full details here.

Last week's Top 40 is here. Next week's RNI chart is over the page.
