Eric Jay has sent us some photographs from Chris Warren's
collection of the Shivering Sands anti-aircraft fort being built. This structure was
later used for Radio Sutch and Radio City. Most of it is still standing in the Thames Estuary.

Derek Smith has sent us some photographs taken on a trip to Red
Sands Fort, the former home of Radio 390, during the summer of 2003.
Hans Stieper has generously contributed a recording of a Kenny Everett report from the
Beatles tour of the States and some other recordings salvaged from the Radio London ship
while she was in Hamburg harbour after the end of her broadcasting career; plus some photos taken at the time.
