Radio Caroline Countdown of Album Sound
2nd, 9th October 1978.

Although we have dated this chart as being for the 2nd and 9th October, it is not known if the chart show was actually broadcast on the 9th. At the time Radio Caroline was suffering from generator problems which forced it off the air on a number of occasions.

There was one more Caroline Countdown of Album Sound in 1978, broadcast on 16th October, but we do not have a copy. Can anyone provide one? The station was then off the air from late October until the following Easter.
