Luuk Meuwese's offshore radio photo album

The two Caroline ships in Amsterdam, 1968.

Dutch radio fan Luuk Meuwese recently gave his collection of photographs to offshore historian Hans Knot. Hans has very kindly shared some of these with The Pirate Radio Hall of Fame. We are very grateful to both Luuk and Hans. The full set of pictures can also be seen on Flickr.

The photos on this page were taken while the mv Fredericia and mv Mi Amigo, respectively Caroline North and South, were impounded in Amsterdam following the closure of the station in 1968.
